归妹以娣，跛能履，征吉。
The marrying maiden as a concubine. A lame man who is able to tread. Undertakings bring good fortune.
归妹以娣，跛能履。以偏房的身份进门。此爻虽不完满，但征吉：安于较低的位置反而走得动。
眇能视，利幽人之贞。
A one-eyed man who is able to see. The perseverance of a solitary man furthers.
眇能视，利幽人之贞。看得不完全，但看得见。此爻适合安静自守的人：条件不好，守得住就好。
归妹以须，反归以娣。
The marrying maiden as a slave. She marries as a concubine.
归妹以须，反归以娣。等不到好的，只好退而求其次。此爻没有断语，但落差已经写在字面上。
归妹愆期，迟归有时。
The marrying maiden draws out the allotted time. A late marriage comes in due course.
归妹愆期，迟归有时。过了原本的时间。此爻是归妹卦里最有智慧的一爻：宁可等，也不将就。
帝乙归妹，其君之袂，不如其娣之袂良，月几望，吉。
The sovereign gives his daughter in marriage. The embroidered garments of the princess were not as gorgeous as those of the servingmaid. Good fortune.
帝乙归妹，其君之袂不如其娣之袂良。地位高却穿得朴素。月几望吉：此爻的吉来自不炫耀。
女承筐无实，士刲羊无血，无攸利。
The woman holds the basket, but there are no fruits in it. The man stabs the sheep, but no blood flows. Nothing that acts to further.
女承筐无实，士刲羊无血。篮子是空的，刀下没有血。此爻是全卦的结论：形式做足而实质全无。
