By visiting, browsing or using the site's astrology, Zi Wei Dou Shu, BaZi and I Ching charting, casting and reading features, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("these Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the site.

1. Nature of the service (important)

• For reference only: the charts, houses, aspects, pillars, hexagrams and readings on this site are offered for cultural study, personal interest, self-reflection and entertainment. They are not predictions.
• Not professional advice: nothing on this site is, or can replace, legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, psychological or other professional advice. If you are facing health, mental-health, legal or financial difficulties, please seek help from a qualified professional.
• Your decisions: you are responsible for any decision or action you take based on this site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from it.

2. Methods and accuracy

• How results are calculated: the site uses published astronomical algorithms and traditional calendar rules, such as Jean Meeus's Astronomical Algorithms, the VSOP87 planetary theory and NASA JPL orbital elements. BaZi months follow the solar terms, Zi Wei Dou Shu places stars by the lunar calendar, and I Ching castings use your browser's cryptographic random numbers.
• Accuracy: the precision of the birth time, true solar time correction, latitude and longitude, time zone and daylight saving, and the house system chosen can all affect results. We do not guarantee that every figure is exact.
• Differences between schools: traditions differ (for example, Zi Wei Dou Shu's year boundary, leap-month handling and transformations). Each tool explains the conventions it uses.
• As is: the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, freedom from errors, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Acceptable use and intellectual property

• Lawful use: you agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, and not to disrupt or overload it with crawlers, bots, bulk requests or other automated means.
• Intellectual property: the site's explanatory text, translations, interface design, code and graphics belong to ez-fate.com or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Do not copy, modify, distribute or use them commercially without prior written permission. Classical texts such as the original Zhou Yi are in the public domain and are not covered by this restriction.

4. Birth details and privacy

Charts are calculated in your browser. The birth details you enter are kept only in your browser (in the current tab by default, or on your device if you tick "Remember my birth details"); our servers do not collect or store them. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party ads and links

The site shows third-party advertising, such as Google AdSense, and links to other websites. That content is provided by third parties; we are not responsible for it or for their products or services, and any dealings with them are at your own discretion.

6. Eligibility and age

• Minimum age: the site is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the site or enter any birth details.
• Minors: if you are 13 or older but under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use the site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
• Your representation: by using the site, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, or that you have valid consent from your parent or legal guardian.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

• Governing law: these Terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site, are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
• Jurisdiction: the Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County, Nevada, has exclusive jurisdiction at first instance over any such dispute.

We may change these Terms, or suspend or discontinue all or part of the service, at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page; continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept the updated Terms.
